Return, replacement and warranty claim procedure.
This return policy is provided as a starting point for B2B manufactured goods. Please have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production use.
Scope
Custom manufactured items are non-returnable except for confirmed defects or shipments that do not match the accepted drawing.
Reporting a claim
Claims must be raised in writing within 30 days of shipment receipt with photographs, part numbers and lot details.
Investigation
Force Machining will investigate every claim, share findings and propose replacement, repair, credit or refund as appropriate.
Return authorisation
Do not return goods without a written return authorisation and shipping instructions from our team.
