By using this website you agree to comply with applicable law and to use the site only for lawful commercial purposes.
Quotations & orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and deposit receipt.
Prices & payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Force Machining is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, port congestion or export restrictions.
Warranty
Products are warranted to conform to accepted drawings and specifications for 12 months from shipment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Force Machining's liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
