CNC Machining Spare Parts — Category Overview

Materials, capabilities and industries served by our precision CNC machining programs.

Overview

Precision CNC machining, engineered for uptime

Computer Numerical Control machining represents the backbone of modern precision manufacturing. When machinery breaks down, the difference between hours of downtime and days often comes down to how quickly you can source a properly machined replacement component. Our CNC facility bridges that gap with rapid-response manufacturing capabilities that deliver parts matching or exceeding original specifications.

We operate a fleet of advanced CNC machining centers including 3-axis vertical mills, 4-axis horizontal machining centers, and full 5-axis simultaneous machining platforms. Complementing these are CNC lathes with live tooling, Swiss-type turning centers for small-diameter precision parts, and wire EDM for intricate profiles. From a simple bushing to a complex aerospace bracket with internal galleries and tight positional tolerances, we have the machine capability to match.

Materials & Capabilities

Aluminum Alloys (6061-T6, 7075-T6, 2024, 5083)

Lightweight, excellent machinability. Used for housings, manifolds, brackets, and structural components across automotive, aerospace, and robotics.

Stainless Steel (304, 316, 316L, 17-4PH, 410, 420)

Corrosion-resistant parts for food processing, marine, chemical, and medical equipment. We handle the challenging chip control and work hardening characteristics that make stainless demanding to machine.

Carbon & Alloy Steel (1045, 4140, 4340, 8620)

High-strength shafts, gears, pins, and structural components. Post-machining heat treatment available including case hardening, nitriding, and induction hardening.

Brass, Copper & Engineering Plastics

C360, C110, C932 brass/copper for electrical connectors and valve components. PEEK, PTFE, POM, Nylon and UHMWPE for chemical resistance, insulation and weight reduction.

Industries We Serve

Automotive & EV

Motor housings, battery tray components, brake caliper pistons, transmission shafts, sensor mounts.

Aerospace

Actuator components, landing gear bushings, hydraulic manifold blocks, structural brackets with AS9100-level documentation.

Medical Equipment

Surgical instrument components, implant trial parts, diagnostic equipment chassis with FDA-compliant material traceability.

Industrial Automation

Robot arm end effectors, pneumatic cylinder bodies, conveyor system components, linear rail carriages.

Oil & Gas

Downhole tool components, valve seats, connector bodies, instrument housings rated for extreme pressure and temperature.

Quality Assurance

Our inspection department uses CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical comparators, surface roughness testers, and digital height gauges to verify every critical dimension. We maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and can provide full FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports) per AS9102 standards for aerospace clients. Statistical process control charts track process capability over production runs, ensuring consistent quality from first part to last.
