Sheet metal fabrication through stamping and welding is the workhorse of mass production manufacturing. When flat metal needs to become a functional three-dimensional component — whether a simple bracket, a complex enclosure, or a welded assembly — stamping and welding processes deliver the ideal combination of speed, precision, and cost-effectiveness.

Our integrated fabrication facility houses the complete workflow under one roof. Coil stock enters at one end, passes through blanking, forming, punching, and bending stations, and emerges as finished components ready for assembly or surface treatment. By eliminating the need to coordinate between separate stamping and welding shops, we drastically reduce lead times and ensure seamless quality control across all process steps.

Core Manufacturing Processes

Progressive Die Stamping

High-volume production where strip material advances through a sequence of stations, each performing a specific operation. Ideal for brackets, clips, terminals, and automotive body components produced in quantities of 50,000 pieces or more per year.

Deep Drawing

Transforms flat blanks into deep, cup-shaped parts — motor housings, sink basins, pressure vessel halves, and automotive oil pans. Our hydraulic presses with controlled blank holder force achieve draw ratios up to 2.5:1 in a single stroke.

CNC Laser Cutting

Fiber laser systems with 6kW power handle material up to 25mm thick. No tooling required — ideal for prototypes, low-volume runs, and parts with complex profiles that would be impractical to stamp.

CNC Bending (Press Brake)

Programmable back gauges and multi-axis CNC control deliver repeatable bend angles within ±0.5 degrees across long production runs.

Welding & Assembly

Certified welders perform TIG, MIG/MAG, spot welding, and robotic welding. Post-weld stress relief, grinding, and straightening ensure assemblies meet dimensional specifications.

0.3 – 6.0 mm. General-purpose enclosures, brackets, and structural components.

Stainless Steel (304, 316, 430, 201)

0.3 – 5.0 mm. Food-grade equipment, medical device housings, marine hardware, architectural panels.

Aluminum (1050, 5052, 6061, 7075)

0.5 – 8.0 mm. Lightweight aerospace panels, electronic enclosures, heat sinks, automotive body panels.

Galvanized Steel (SGCC, DX51D)

0.4 – 4.0 mm. Outdoor enclosures, HVAC ducting, electrical cabinets with built-in corrosion protection.

Spring Steel (65Mn, C75S)

0.1 – 3.0 mm. Clips, clamps, retaining rings, and components requiring elastic deformation.
