Aluminium Extrusion Billets & Extruded Round Bars
Direct-chill cast billet from Ø85 to 460 mm and extruded round bar from Ø10 to 400 mm, in 1xxx–7xxx series alloys and confirmed against EN, ASTM, GB, JIS or IS designations.
What we supply
Two product forms are supplied: direct-chill cast round extrusion billet and extruded solid round bar. Billet is cast on a dedicated Jiangsu casting base with six casting lines and 250,000 tonnes of annual casting capacity; round bar is extruded from that billet stock.
Alloy coverage spans the 1xxx to 7xxx series. Chemistry is quoted against a named designation standard rather than a trade name, and the alloy, temper, diameter and quantity you require are reviewed before an offer is confirmed.
Where a component is easier to buy finished than as stock, the same alloys are machined to drawing in our own turning and milling cells.

Billet, Bar & Finished Parts
Extrusion Billets
Direct-chill cast round billet for extrusion presses and forging shops. Enquiry range Ø85–460 mm, standard 6 m logs, cut-to-length on request.
Extruded Round Bars
Extruded solid round bar for machined components. Enquiry range Ø10–400 mm in 3 m and 6 m lengths, cut-to-length on request.
Alloy Coverage
1xxx to 7xxx series. Availability of a specific alloy, temper and diameter is confirmed after specification review.
Machined Components
Finished turned and milled parts to your drawing through our machining cells, using the same alloy and documentation controls.

Commonly Supplied Alloy & Temper Combinations
Quote alloy and temper together — for example 6082-T6 — and name the designation standard you work to.
| Alloy | Tempers | Character |
|---|---|---|
| 6061 | T6, T651 | General engineering alloy with balanced strength, corrosion resistance and machinability. |
| 6082 | T6 | European structural workhorse; widely specified for machined brackets and frames. |
| 6063 | T5, T6 | Good extrudability and surface finish; used for profiles and lighter sections. |
| 7075 | T6, T651 | High-strength alloy where strength-to-weight governs the design. |
| 2024 | T4, T351 | Copper alloy with high strength; requires protection in corrosive service. |
| 5083 | H112 | Non heat-treatable marine alloy with good weldability and seawater resistance. |
Availability of any specific alloy, temper and diameter is confirmed after specification review; the listed combinations describe the range commonly enquired rather than guaranteed stock.
Designation Standards
